Cold Pressed Technology
In order to extract the highest volume of nutrients from our ingredients, Simo Juice uses the cold pressed process to extract juice. The cold pressed process differs from other juicing methods, as it combines traditional methods of squeezing and crushing with modern technology to yield juice more efficiently. The cold pressed machine does not use any heat in its process, which saves up to 80 percent more nutrients from the ingredients. As heat can often kill nutrients in plant-based foods, everything that goes into our juice is cold pressed, including the seeds and nuts.
High Pressure Process
The High Pressure Process (HPP) is a method of preserving fresh foods similar to juice by using cold pressure from water as opposed to high levels of heat. This process helps us extend the shelf life as well as maintain the essential vitamins, minerals & enzymes in our juices.
